How to keep your data: tap πΎ Save file before closing β it saves this whole page,
with all your tickets and lists baked in, as one file on your laptop. Next time, just open that saved file and everything is there.
(Backup/Import still work too if you prefer a small data file.)

Repair board
Every repair moves across the board: Booked in β In diagnostics β Awaiting approval β Waiting for parts β In repair β Ready for pickup. Use the β βΆ arrows on a card (or drag it on a computer). Moving a card into Waiting for parts asks for the expected part date and flags the whole card. In Ready for pickup, tap Complete β to archive it. π· prints a Dymo label.
These print on customer drop-off receipts.
Add your team so you can assign jobs and filter the board by person.
Rename, recolour, reorder, add or remove your board columns. Tick "parts" on the stage that should ask for a part ETA and flag the card. The last stage is where jobs get completed.
Everything currently in Waiting for parts, gathered so you can order in one go.
Completed jobs, kept for your records. Search by name, number, device, phone or note. Restore one to the board, or delete it for good.
